A Master Esthetician and laser professional tech in the DMV area. She is the owner of Just Glow Aesthetics, providing skin care, lasers, and Morpheus8 services in Fredericksburg, VA. 

She now holds licenses in esthetics, laser tech, and medical assistance in multiple states including Virginia, Florida, and Utah. As is evidenced by her career, Jasmine believes education is the key to long term success and she commits herself to a lifetime of learning and educating others at every opportunity.

Very passionate about Esthetics and helping others love their own skin. 

Medical Director

Originally from Colombia, Dr. Torres pursued his medical education in Bogota, Pittsburgh, and Boston, graduating from a Tufts University-Affiliated Hospital. Since relocating to Virginia in 2012, he has practiced in Private Practice, Aesthetic Clinics and Hospitals servicing Fredericksburg and Stafford. Dr. Torres has gained significant trust from our community with his educational approach to medicine. Dr. Torres is dedicated in providing the most advanced Aesthetic treatments to our community.

With 15 years of dedicated clinical service, my expertise encompasses surgical assistance for dermatological procedures and providing advanced laser treatments. I am committed to enhancing confidence, fostering community education, and tailoring solutions to address your specific skin care needs. My clientele's loyalty and trust have been earned through a commitment to honesty and integrity. My journey in this field began with a transition to Dermatology and Aesthetics, where I discovered a profound passion for helping clients with their skin issues and finding immense satisfaction in their happiness with their improved confidence. Knowing that I was a part of that Journey gives me a sense of accomplishment.

RN, Wellness & IV Therapy 

I’m a registered nurse with a background in hospital care, including experience in the ER and vascular access. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong skill set in IV placement and patient care, and I’m certified in BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS.

In addition to my clinical work, I also serve as an IV nurse at a naturopathic wellness center supporting cancer patients. That role has shown me the power of combining medical precision with whole-body support—and inspired me to create a mobile IV service that brings care directly to people in a way that’s convenient, safe, and personalized. Outside of work, I love volunteering, spending time with friends and family, traveling, and trying new food. I’m also a proud cat mom of two.
